TOURNAMENT RULES
INTRODUCTION - By participating in EUROPERA 2016, all teams are committed to make every effort to meet the event's values (Humanism, Openness, Proximity, Enthusiasm) and make them live throughout the competition.I - THE GENERIC LAWS
Article 1: Europera 2016 coordinating the overall organization of the competition, the tournament committee is the physical organization of the tournament site.
Article 2: This tournament is for senior teams representing various operas, theaters and cultural organizations in Europe.
Article 3: Date and place of the qualifying tournament
This tournament will take place Sunday, May 8, 2016 Address stage where the competition will take place:
- Qualifying phases in Antennes Jules Ladoumègue Bordeaux and Finals stage in Matmut Atlantic (same address)
Article 5: Participation and Engagement
Team participation will be by invitation of the Europera 2016 organizer.
The organization reserves the right to award some "wild cards".
The commitment to this tournament is 150 €.
A player can participate in the tournament with only one team. A list of players name, team membership, must be completed by each team leader and delivered to the organizers before the tournament (according to the deadlines for return of registration files).
Article 6: Equipment of players and teams
Teams will play with their complete equipment of official clubs (shirt - shorts - socks). Wearing appropriate soccer shoes with synthetic fields prohibits aluminum studs. Wearing shin pads is obligatory, players without cannot take part in the game if they do not wear them.
Article 7: Referee:
All matches will be directed by official referees appointed by the League of Aquitaine football. The referee will be in charge of communicating the outcome of each meeting to the delegate who will attend, it will forward it to the commission of the tournament.
Article 8: Leaves matches
The organizing committee will prepare referees for matches leaves to track scores with central score board in charge of programming the tournament. The programming of matches will be determined and set in advance by the organizing committee. The teams and their officials shall respect the timing of the day and scheduling of matches.
Article 9: Conduct and exemplary Fair Play
Europera 2016 is a football competition based primarily on strong values: openness, respect and fair play for all. The organizers will ensure in particular to the good behavior of all participants and spectators around the grounds. The organizing committee reserves the right to exclude any person or team whose behavior is deemed not in line with the values of the competition. By the commitment of the team, the club, through its head of delegation have read and taken note of this Regulation.
Article 10: Tournament Committee
Europera 2016 establishes a committee of the tournament, head of sports progress of the tournament, it has jurisdiction to resolve disputes, claims, appeals and cases not covered. This committee consists of: -1 Europera member -1 delegate member - 1 referee member
Article 11: Protests and Appeals
Complaints and appeals should be sent to the Commission of the tournament which will take a final decision without appeal. The Commission will not accept any claim for refereeing on the playing field.
Article 12: Discipline - Penalties - Behavior
- White card: temporary expulsion of the player for 2 minutes. The team plays shorthanded during these 2 minutes. 2 Cumulative white cardboard by the same player during a match will be counted as a red card. The player will be excluded from the game and suspended for the next match.
- Red card: the player will be automatically suspended for the next game. Any player sent off can not be replaced during the party has seen its expulsion. The Organizing Committee also reserves the right to increase the penalty.
Depending on the fault or the offense and after consulting the referee and the delegate of the meeting, the organizing committee of the tournament will decide the final exclusion of the player for the duration of the tournament
- 3 yellow cards received by the same player automatically result in a one-game suspension that will be effective for the next match. If a member of a delegation led seriously incorrectly during the tournament, the commission can definitely exclude that person.
Article 13: Insurance: Each team is responsible for contracting an appropriate insurance coverage for its players.
Article 14: Security With its participation, each team agrees to comply with this Regulation, which must be brought to the attention of the teams involved by Europera 2016. Europera 2016 is in charge of security and will be held responsible for disorders that could result before, during and after the meetings, due to public attitudes and players.
Article 15: Protocol
The early game protocol will be systematically applied before each games. At the end of the match, players, referees and coaches gather on the field and greet before leaving.
Article 16: Prize-Giving
The awards ceremony will be at the end of the tournament. The remitters will be appointed by the Tournament Committee. The awards will reward all teams participating in the tournament and:
- 1 trophy for each team
- 1 trophy Fair Play
- 1 trophy for the best goalkeeper
- 1 trophy for the best player of the tournament
Article 1: the playing field - number of players - game
The tournament is subject to the laws of the game of football 11 players set by the general regulations of FIFA. A team consists of 11 players (including one goalkeeper) + 5 substitutes. Substitutions are unlimited but only with the permission of the referee. The team must align at least 8 players to start or continue a game.
- Voluntary passes for goalkeeper are forbidden
- All free kicks are either direct or indirect (wall set to 9.15m)
Indicative formula on the basis of 16 teams, which can be modified by the organizing committee as the number of teams confirmed and available fields.
The tournament takes place on one day (9h - 19h)
1st phase each team will play 3 games
- Duration of matches: 1 x 20 minutes
- A general classification will be established according to the following scale:◦ Victory: 3 points - Draw: 1 point - Defeat: 0 point
- offensive bonus: + 1 point for the team that scores 3 goals in one match
In case of equality of points and only on qualifying ranks for the second phase (1 to 4), the following criteria will be applied, in order, to determine their classification:
- Superior goal difference
- Highest number of goals
- If two teams tied (direct result if the two teams met in the first phase) - (if not confrontation: a penalty shootout session will be held to decide between the two tied teams)
- If multiple teams tied: a shooting tournament goal will be organized between all the teams
- Or by a draw made by the committee of the tournament if the teams agree
- Match with direct elimination until the final according to the final table of progression defined by the organization.
- No extension - 5 penalties session in case of a tie at the end of regulation time.

- 2 finals will be played in 2x15 minutes, and, in case of a tie, an 5 minutes extension followed by a session of penalty kicks.
APPENDIX / PENALTIES SESSION
The referee takes a coin to designate the team to run the first kick.
- 1.1 - 2 teams will shoot each alternately 5 times
- 1.2 - If, before the two teams have had their 5 shots, one of them can not be reached, the session is over.
- 1.3 - If, after 5 shots, both have the same number of goals or none, the session will continue in the same order until the moment when each team shooting the same number of times (not necessarily 3 more ), one has scored one goal more than the other.
